Our cherry tomatoes are grown on the fields of the Scuzzarello Brothers Farm, between the towns of Acate and Niscemi, in the agricultural heart of southern Sicily. Here, the intense sun, Mediterranean climate, and fertile clay-sandy soil create ideal conditions for slow, complete, and flavorful ripening.

The result is a superior-quality cherry tomato: firm flesh, thick skin, a uniform red color, and an intense aromatic profile that clearly distinguishes it from lowland production. An authentic, recognizable product, sought after by buyers who are most attentive to quality and origin.

Product Features

Every cherry tomato that leaves our fields is the result of a meticulous cultivation process, starting with the choice of variety and ending with a rigorous manual selection before packaging.

  • Appearance: uniform round shape, 20-35 mm size, compact bright red colour
  • Taste: balanced sweet-sour, intense and persistent aromatic profile
  • Brix level: 7-9°Brix, indicator of optimal ripeness and high natural sweetness
  • Peel: firm and resistant, ideal for long-distance distribution
  • Pulp: firm, with few seeds, low water content, excellent yield in the kitchen
  • Uses: fresh consumption, gastronomy, catering, large-scale retail trade, international markets
