Fully controlled supply chain

Field checks and product selection
Every product that leaves the company has passed a rigorous verification process, from plant to packaging.
Field monitoring
Company technicians carry out regular checks on crops to verify their health, ripening progress, and compliance with expected quality parameters.
Post-harvest selection
After harvesting, each batch is manually and visually sorted to eliminate products that do not conform to size, color, integrity, and Brix level. Only suitable products are packaged.
Standards for large-scale retail trade and export
The selection criteria are calibrated to the specifications required by large-scale retail trade and international markets, ensuring consistent compliance in batches destined for export.
Food safety and complete traceability
Every product sold is fully traceable: from the plot of origin to the packaging lot, all the way to its final destination. The company's traceability system allows the entire history of the product to be reconstructed at any time.
The food safety measures adopted follow HACCP principles and comply with current regulations for marketing on European and international markets.
